Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the item you wish to return or exchange.
Await Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Pack the item securely in its original box to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
